Samsung Sway

Alright, I originally have a samsung sway cell phone, but it's been acting up, randomly. I would go to turn it off, and turn it on later, (or it dies) and i go to turn it on later and it has lines all across the screen so I cannot see anything, so i have to keep taking the battery in and out until it works again. then last night the memory said it was low so i wasnt able to recieve ANY text messages. So i erased most of my pictures seeing if it would work, but it didnt. knowing it wouldnt turn back on, i turned it off, i went to turn it back on and the lines showed up. It took over an hour and a half to finally get it to work again.

We got insurance on it and everything. But would I have to get the same phone?? (my contract isnt up yet)
I wouldn't want to get the same phone because I wouldnt want it to start acting up again.

So do you know?? Would I have to get the same phone or would I be able to get another one? I was asking this question, and...

These are the two phones I am looking at. Could anyone who owns one of these phones tell me what they do or don't like about them. They are 10 dollars different at my store, so cost doesn't matter.

Personal opinions:

EnV3 comes with up to four free phones, so that works with my family, but it's also become a Very popular phone and I would prefer something a little more unique, but that's not a huge deal.

I personally like the Sway better, but it doesn't have as many features and doesn't come with the other free phones.

I know it's a bit of a superficial question, but I really do wish to get the best phone for my money.

Don't know if it matters, but I am in high school, and the youngest, so the other three could pay for their own phones, potentially.

so im txting and i use t9 word. then i get a new txt...i read it...then im trying to respond but all my words wont come up. its just coming up with like and o and then a space or a g and a space and i can't backspace either. so now for some reason the keypad doesn't work but i have no clue why. so i take the battery out and put it back in. then i turned it on and its like "usb download mode bootblcok version: u650:BL18.5". i have absolutely no clue what that means and this really sucks cuz i can't txt or do anything!!! help!
